Paxil - used in the treatment of depression
Side Effects:
Stomach upset, nausea, dizziness, headache and blurred vision may
occur the first several days as your body adjusts to the medication.
Other side effects reported include dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea,
appetite changes, tiredness, tremor, nervousness, anxiety, change
in sex drive or sexual ability, sweating or altered tastes.
If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor.
Notify your doctor if you develop chest pain, rapid heart rate,
vomiting, mental confusion, abnormal thinking, skin rash or breathing
trouble while taking this medication.
This medication may cause dizziness, drowsiness or blurred vision.
Use caution performing tasks requiring alertness and avoid consumption
of alcoholic beverages which can aggravate these effects. 
Precautions:
This medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy.
Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
Since small amounts of this medication are found in breast milk,
consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Tell your doctor if you have a pre-existing kidney disease, liver
disease, seizure disorder, thyroid disease, history of substance
abuse or if you have any allergies.

Overdose
Treatment should consist of those general measures employed in
the management of overdosage with any drugs effective in the treatment
of major depressive disorder.
Ensure an adequate airway, oxygenation, and ventilation. Monitor
cardiac rhythm and vital signs. General supportive and symptomatic
measures are also recommended. Induction of emesis is not recommended.
Gastric lavage with a large-bore orogastric tube with appropriate
airway protection, if needed, may be indicated if performed soon
after ingestion, or in symptomatic patients.

Natural therapy, remedy;
Tea
Fatigue
1 tsp. American Ginseng - dried
1 tsp. Siberian Ginseng - dried
1 tsp. Amalaki - dried
1 tsp. Licorice root powder
1/4 tsp. Ginger and Clove
2 strands of Saffron
1 pinch of Black Pepper
3 cups water
Bring the herbs and the water to a boil in a saucepan. allow the
herbs to steep for an additional 10 minutes.
Strain. Drink 1-3 cups a day.
Note: The powdered herbs can also mixed and stirred into warm milk.
